Psychiatric

Testing

At Family Therapeutics, we offer a comprehensive computer-based testing service for Cognitive, Neuropsychiatric, and Neuropsychological testing. Most tests can be done within 1 to 2 office visits and interpreted that same day. Results from testing can be used to inform diagnoses of a variety of psychiatric conditions.

Please be aware that psychiatric, cognitive, and psychological testing is often part of a complete diagnostic workup. Diagnoses and treatment recommendations are made after considering the complete clinical picture including a thorough diagnostic interview performed by one of our qualified professionals.

On occasion, more detailed individualized neuropsychological and/or psycho-educational testing may be needed or useful and some services may be provided by outside clinicians with whom we work regularly.
